By using this website, purchasing a service, or participating in a program, the user agrees to these terms and any additional agreement provided during enrollment.

Services

Sarah Kae Coaching provides business coaching, marketing education, strategic recommendations, digital resources, and implementation support.

The specific services, duration, delivery format, payment terms, and program inclusions are described on the relevant sales page, checkout page, or client agreement.

Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

Educational Purpose

All content and coaching are provided for educational and informational purposes.

Sarah Kae Coaching does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, mental-health, or financial advice.

No Guarantee of Results

Sarah Kae Coaching does not guarantee earnings, revenue, leads, clients, sales, audience growth, engagement, or any other result.

Business results vary and depend on numerous factors outside of Sarah Kae Coaching’s control.

Any examples, testimonials, or client experiences represent individual outcomes and should not be interpreted as promises of future performance.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, implementation, business practices, legal compliance, marketing claims, expenses, and results.

Clients agree to participate respectfully and not interfere with the experience of other program participants.

Payments

Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the service they purchase.

When a payment plan is selected, the client authorizes the agreed payments to be processed according to the disclosed schedule.

Failure to participate does not automatically eliminate a client’s payment obligations.

Intellectual Property

All program materials, training videos, documents, frameworks, templates, written content, recordings, and resources provided by Sarah Kae Coaching are owned by Sarah Kae Coaching or used with permission.

They are provided for the purchasing client’s individual business use only.

Clients may not copy, reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, share login credentials, teach, sublicense, or commercially exploit the materials without written permission.

Clients retain ownership of their own original business materials and content.

Confidentiality

Sarah Kae Coaching will use reasonable care when handling confidential information shared during coaching.

Clients participating in group programs agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.

Absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed when information is voluntarily shared in group calls, communities, or third-party platforms.

Third-Party Platforms

Services may be delivered through third-party platforms such as video-conferencing software, email, community platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools, and file-sharing services.

Sarah Kae Coaching is not responsible for interruptions, outages, security incidents, policy changes, or other issues caused by third-party services.

Termination

Sarah Kae Coaching may suspend or terminate access when a client violates these terms, fails to make required payments, misuses program materials, behaves abusively, or disrupts the program.

Any payment or refund consequences will be governed by the applicable agreement and refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarah Kae Coaching will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses resulting from the use of this website or participation in a coaching program.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Terms

If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control regarding the purchased coaching services.

Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
